YOGA 101 - BASIC FUNDAMENTALS: 60 Min

THIS CLASS IS FOR BEGINNERS AND EVERYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN REVIEWING THE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF A YOGA PRACTICE.  THESE CLASSES FOCUS ON SHAPES OF THE POSTURES, PRINCIPLES OF ALIGNMENT, UTILIZING THE BREATH, LINES OF ENERGY, AND THE LANGUAGE OF THE PRACTICE. 


GENTLE YOGA: 60 Min

GENTLE YOGA IS TARGETED ON CONNECTING WITH YOUR BREATH, RELEASING TENSION AND HELPING STUDENTS ACQUIRE THEIR STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY. THIS CLASS IS APPROPRIATE FOR ALL LEVELS OF YOGA STUDENTS. STUDENTS SHOULD EXPECT A SLOWER MOVING YOGA CLASS FOCUSED ON HOLDING POSES AND POSTURES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. BENEFITS OF THIS CLASS INCLUDE STRESS AND TENSION RELIEF, CLEARER-THINKING, CALMING OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM AND RESTORATION OF AN OVERALL SENSE OF BALANCE TO THE BODY, MIND AND SOUL. 


VINYASA: 60 Min

VINYASA IS A STYLE OF YOGA CHARACTERIZED BY STRINGING POSTURES TOGETHER SO THAT YOU MOVE FROM ONE TO ANOTHER, SEAMLESSLY, USING BREATH. THIS STYLE OF YOGA ALWAYS INCLUDES SUN SALUTATIONS, ADVANCED POSES AND IS ALIGNMENT-ORIENTED.  EACH CLASS IS UNIQUE AND SEE tryQUENCED DIFFERENTLY ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTOR. BENEFITS OF THIS CLASS INCLUDE ENDURANCE AND STRENGTH TRAINING, STABILITY AND BALANCE, AND LOWERING OF STRESS AND ANXIETY LEVELS. 



YOGA BURN WITH WEIGHTS: 60 Min

YOGA BURN IS A HIGH-INTENSITY, DYNAMIC YOGA PRACTICE THAT INCORPORATES RESISTANCE INTERVAL TRAINING AND CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES INTO TRADITIONAL YOGA SEQUENCES. THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON STRENGTHENING MUSCLES AND A STUDENT’S ENDURANCE. HAND WEIGHTS ARE OPTIONAL TO ADD A NEW CHALLENGE TO THE SEQUENCE BUT USING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT IS ALSO VERY EFFECTIVE. GET READY TO SWEAT!!! 



KIDS YOGA:  45 Min

THIS ACTIVE AND PLAYFUL YOGA CLASS WILL OFFER MUSIC, GAMES, YOGA POSES, BREATHING AND RELAXATION TECHNIQUES!  PARENTS ARE ASKED TO FULLY PARTICIPATE WITH CHILDREN AGED 3-5.

 

YOGA FIT: 60 Min

THIS CLASS IS AN EXCITING MIND AND BODY WORKOUT WHICH COMBINES TRADITIONAL YOGA POSES, VINYASA STYLE YOGA FLOWS, POPULAR EXERCISES AND WEIGHTS HELPING TO CREATE STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, ENDURANCE AND BALANCE!   EVERY CLASS IS UNIQUE AND CUSTOMIZED BY EACH YOGA INSTRUCTOR!  


YOGA/BARRE FUSION: 60 Min

THIS CLASS IS A FULL BODY WORKOUT!  YOGA MEETS PILATES AND BALLET!!! THIS INTENSE WORKOUT INCLUDES MOVES THAT TARGET SMALLER MUSCLE GROUPS AND LENGTHENS YOUR BODY.  SOMEONE CALL 911!!  YOUR BOOTY WILL BE ON FIRE!!!


SLOW FLOW: 60 Min

SOMETIMES WE ALL NEED TO SLOW IT DOWN A LITTLE!  THIS CLASS WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH TRADITIONAL VINYASA STYLE YOGA FLOWS AT A SLOWER PACE!  WITH BREATH AND BODY AWARENESS WE WILL WORK ON FLEXIBILITY AND GETTING COMFORTABLE WITH LETTING GO!!!


POWER YOGA: 60 Min

NEED TO UP YOUR YOGA GAME???  THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH ADVANCED VINYASA FLOWS AND PUSH YOU TO YOUR LIMIT!  YOU WILL DEVELOP MORE STRENGTH, STABILITY, MOBILITY AND BALANCE!!   PREPARE TO FEEL ENERGIZED!!!
